EARTHLINK & BILL ME LATER HERITAGE PRODUCTIONS, NACOGDOCHES, TEXAS ACCOUNT #23138672 I continue to be billed by BILL ME LATER for internet services I never received from EARTHLINK. I attempted to sign up with EARTHLINK using a promotion disk I obtained from a local electronics store. After going on line and signing up for the service I shut down for the night. The following morning I was unable to bring my computer on line due to the EARTHLINK software having corrupted my computers registers. I contacted EARTHLINK technicians and was on the phone to a MASTER technician for over five hours total. They were unable to solve the problem but said they would send a new program disk. Unable to use my computer for a week until I received the new disk. This disk did nothing to solve the problem and again I was on the phone to their MASTER technicians who were unable to resolve the problem. After several hours I hung up. Had to restart my system over to get rid of EARTHLINK. On August 31,06 Earthlink acknowledged my account had been closed. On August 12, 06 Earthlink acknowledged that I had spoken to tach Jonathan Case Number 114438197. Other Case numbers were 114686468 where I was on phone with them for three hours. On August 12 I received invoice 282764088 showing a balance of $0.00. Since then BILL ME LATER has invoiced me for $50.00....$21.95 and $32.95.
