maytag neptune washer On February 11th, 2006 I had the above noted washer delivered to me. Since that time I have had nothing but problems with the machine. I have called, emailed and still am most unhappy with your so called service. I received an email, from a Tabitha on Jan. 4/07 advising that she was checking into the matter of no service and would get back to me. Surprise, surprise - this is Jan. 22/07 and I still have not heard back from her. I had a service call on Jan. 13/07 - waited from 8:00 a.m. to 3.45 p.m. and he could not fix the problem - even though I advised what the code was when I called in for service. He ordered parts and I was given a new service date of Jan.20/07 - between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12 noon. No one bothered to show up or even call. Now that is really what I call total lack of customer service. This service company you have hired - A&E Service is the worst ever. As it is right now - I would never, ever purchase another Maytag product, which I understand has since been bought out by Whirpool, and as a result I will not purchase a Whirpool product either. I have had 4-5 service calls on this washing machine and it is still not working properly.
