Sprint cell phone PCS charge

We have been charged a $38 extra charge for PCS usage of our sprint phone. We did not email a picture, receive a picture, or get on the internet using our phone. We asked for documentation of exactly what the charge was for and they said they could not provide that. They have refused to compromise, other than cutting this charge (that we didn't make) in half and then adding (at cost) a new service. We were put on hold for over 2 hours and treated horribly. As soon as our plan expires we will be searching for a new provider! Lesson learned--don't use Sprint!!!!!!
