Regarding complaints with videocon washing machine 6800 multie Complaint no VF07A23002 and VF06L01041

Dear Sir ,

I have bought a Videocon washing machine model no 6800 multie from Devi International Bangalore in November 2006.

The machine has a manufacturing defect from day one that water is not getting drained even if the drain is selected , the service engineer came to our place and found that the cable which open the water drain valve is longer then required so in state of replacing it he has twisted it and told us that the problem is fixed .

The twisting of cable broke the water drain valve assembly in less then a week and due to manufacturing defect the cable is extended again so I got the same problem again , for that I raised complaint no VF06L01041 on Dec 1 ,2006 .

The same service engineer came and tried to replace the water drain valve, we have caught him replacing the valve with a used one , which was also broken at one side .

I immediately made him call his manager Ravi so that he can not do this , after two days he came with new water drain valve but this one was also not sealed . The new water drain valve also did not fixed the issue because the pulling cable is also broken so this person placed stapler pins , I scold him then and there and he put an old cable from his bag . but water outlet is still not proper .

I have wrote clearly in feedback form that problem not fixed but there is no response from Videocon . I called their manager Ravi and told him the full case but he disconnect the phone in middle of conversation and did not pick it again .

I raised another complaint today 22/01/2007 with no VF07A23002 , kindly help me getting the faulty parts replaced .
