I Purchased a family room set from American Signature in October 16 of 2006. When my furniture arrived it came with a defect which I later reported to the store where the purchase was made. They service people came out after 6 months of my first complaint and when they looked at my furniture they said that they had to order parts for the furniture from Europe and it would take four months to be delivered. After four months I called back to the store to check if the parts had arrived yet and they told me that the parts still were not delivered. After that I contacted American Signature Headquarters and they got back to me willing to exchange the sofa and love seat only but the entire set had the same defect. I asked them if the new set came back with the same defect what the next step would be and they said that they would call it a Manufacture defect and they would allow me to make an entirely new selection. When the new set arrived two weeks later it had the same defect and I called back the headquarters to let them know the situation. They then refused to do anything because they said the warranty was expired. How could the warranty expire on a new furniture set? So please contact me regarding this situation because I'm very unhappy with they way they treated me as a customer and I hope that you can help me with this matter
