Customer Care at Collections Etc. is incompetent and unresponsive I ordered items from Collections Etc. right after Thanksgiving. One order was shipped and returned before Christmas due to a problem with the delivery address. After multiple contacts, I was not able to get them to confirm whether or if they would ship again to the correct address. On 1/9, my credit card was refunded for the amount of purchase. I ordered again, the new order was shipped on 1/16 and my credit card charged. On 1/18, my credit card was charged again, and I receieved confirmation that the original order had shipped, this time to the correct address.
My conversation with Collections Etc. customer care was completely futile. They were completely unwilling to cancel the redundant order, to refund my money, or to accept responsibility for their role in causing me to order twice. I spoke with both an agent and a supervisor. On at least one occasion when callilng these people, the agent I spoke with was only marginally conversant in English. In every instance prior to 1/18, I was unable to get conclusive answers from their agents regading what was happening with my order.

I returned an order, and ironically, that same day/in the same state, someone tried to use my credit card numbers. I live in PA, their wareshouse is in IL. I have never had fraud against my card. The return was signed for on 6/22. It is over 5 weeks now, and I still do not see a credit. Customer service just apologizes for this. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM, OR ANY OF THEIR ASSOCAITED COMPANIES. The Customer service I recieved was less than satisfactory. They won't cancel my order or refund my money until at least 3 weeks after receiving the items back. That works nice for them but, I haven't even recieved my package yet. I wouldn't refer anyone to buy from this company. At a time when people aren't buying products you think they would take better care of the people that were.
