Child Support

I have tried numerous times to help human services to locate my ex-husband to get my child support.It has been over a year since the last payment and the lady i have spoken with,Valerie Mask, keeps telling me that they are doing all they can.But I feel like they could be doing more.My childs father left the state and now has returned here working for a man he used to work for,I have contacted Valerie at human services and shared my findings with her.But since he is getting paid in cash,valerie keeps telling me that they can't find an address on him.Right now as of January 2007 he owes back child support around $3,000.00 and he still does not have medical insurance on our child.I understand that this takes time to deal with but I am a single parent in which I am as of right now drawing unemployment and trying to support my son alone and I have a daughter that I pay child support to every week.I have in the past tried to get help with medical insurance and have been turned down,I am now trying again and I hope that that I can get medicaid on him until futher time.I have had a very hard time understanding this and i hope that you can futher help me with my concerns with the child support office.
