Charter Communications Oh my god where to start? Charter never shows up when they say they will, crappy service and barely-speaking English customer service reps, they must lure them away from 7-11. 1.I bundled my service (phone, t.v., internet) and they were supposed to come turn my phone line on and never showed up. Then when i call them they say they tried to call all day to confirm the appt, even though they are coming to hook my phone up, of course no one will answer when they call, i have no phone! AND tried to bill me for the visit, although i was here waiting all day for them 2. My husb and i have used charter for YEARS. But when they claimed we owed 23.00 (?) somewhere down the line, they shut off our cable!!! even though my husb had paid the bill in full less than 3 weeks earlier. 3. My cable works like sh$#% half the time, as a matter of fact right now i am waiting for a technician. They are rude and rip-off artists. Please dont waste time or money with these scammers.
