ten days ago i recieved my first dvd, not what i ordered or ever even heard of. thats when i started trying to contact them with no luck at all, on a daily basis at least two or three times a day for ten days now i havent been able to get into my account to change anything or stop service.trying to contact a human in that business is a joke. they reply in email two to four days for customer service,i have passed that twice already.
