Re: Reference to your email regarding Reliance Mobile number 9343469224

Dear Ma'am,

Kindly state a reason why you are "unable to process your request of extending validity for one month". Does Reliance Mobile not even have that much proffessional sense to provide a valid reason for inaction.

Further, your customer support rep. called me yesterday to tell me that since have not received my Documents for ID and address proof. I would like to know how that is my mistake. I have submitted my documents at your Reliance Webworld at Cunningham Road. Does that not make it your responsibility?

Even yet if the Connection was suspended due to Impropper Documentation from my end, I have re-submitted all documents again at the same Reliance Webworld at Cunningham Road on Friday 8th December 2006.

Now if you are going to argue that still the papers were not in place, then why was the connection supposedly restored on 6th jan 2007? If it was possible to restore the connection on that date, with no specific submissions of documents or payments from my end, why was it not done one month ago? Or why was it de-activated at all?

And even to that let me be clear that the connection has not been restored yet. You keep sending me sms's that i need to re-fill my account, but i can't even make local Reliance calls, for which i have a clear balance of Rs.1,963.41 which Expires on 7th May 2007.

If you want to send me such mails, please give valid reasons for your "inability".

Regards,

Nipun Popli.

Sir / ma'am,

Your records are hence incorrect. Neither can I make local reliance calls, nor any other calls. And before you send me the same lame reply that I need to refill my balance, let me highlight to you incompetent people that I can prove to you including reference numbers that my documentation was in order, and yet my line was de-activated, without reason, hence the balance that I had on the account has to be replenished for the period of 40 days; and since youi will not understand why, I will explain in English, that due to your utter carelessness, irresponsiblity and dis-regard for customer's satisfaction, I have lost out on the period of 40 days though my balancewas sufficient.

Let me know if I need to translate in any other language since English is apparently not enough.

Unable to add pleasentaries,

Nipun Popli.

The below mail was sent on December 8th. Despite the customer

care assuring me on the phone (after i have called them from other

phones), that the service will be restored as there is no mistake from

my end and though some verification was pending, my address and details

check out alright; the service is still to be restored till time of

I also visited the gallery on Friday 8th December and

re-submitted my documents to speed up the processs. Even there i was

given the empty promise thet service would be restored the next morning.

Kindly provide whatever help you can to enable me to use the

Dear Ms. Mohita & Ms. Pratibha,

With reference to the below mails, I would like to point out the following.

Mohita, in your mail below you say that you'll have requested me to submit my documents at the earliest. Please clarify when i have been informed, what documents are to be submitted and who requested the same. I assure you that I have not been contacted by reliance Customer Care or any such department. As you will find in the below attached mails, the connection was suddenly suspended and the only information from your end was and SMS stating "outgoing calls de-activated". Your customer care number, *333, which is a toll-free number was also not accessable. I had to then contact them using another phone, on which they informed me that though verification was the issue, all my details were matching. Hence there was no requirements from my end. Reference number for this call is 42516469 on Friday 8th December 2006. Even yet, since the connection was not restored I visited your Reliance Web World at Cunningham road on Friday 8th December 2006 and re-submitted my documents to speed up the processs. Even there i was given the empty promise thet service would be restored the next morning. Hence please explain what documents are still pending from my end.

Since i have been assured by your executives on 8th December 2006 that all my documentation is in place I demand that my connection is restored to the exact status that it was on that date, That is Bal: Rs. 2,549.67 Main Bal: Rs. 586.26 A/c exp: 04 jan 07 +one month extention for the time that my connection has been de-activated without cause, Local reliance Mobile Bal: Rs.1,963.41 Exp 07may07 +one month extention for the time that my connection has been de-activated without cause.

Pratibha, to quote your mail, you say "In response to your mail regarding service reconnection, we would like to inform you that as per our records your Reliance Mobile number 9343469224 is now active with International Long Distance (ILD) calling facility". Please be informed that the line is still de-activated and I cannot even make Local (Karnataka) Reliance Calls, for which i have validity upto 07 May 2007. Upon Attempting a call I get a voice recording saying that "Your acount is temporarily suspended due to insufficient Balance, please recharge your account".

Again, I demand that my connection be restored to the status it was before this incident occoured, failing which i will be compelled to initiate legal action against the company and I will not hesitate to bring the matter to the notice of the media to ensure that other consumers are not harrassed in this fashion.

You must agree that i have been entirely patient through this ordeal, but now my patience is fast running out. The matter is of Rs. 586 which was my residual balance from my last Rs 1100 recharge, which may be far less than the ammount i am spending on just keeping my relationship with Reliance as a Service Provider. But it is a matter of Principle and I can even assure you That for now, as long as I am given back my connection in the same status, I am not going to press for damages. But at the same time if that much co-operation is not extended by your company, that is going to change.

Best of luck,

Nipun Popli

P.s.: If you need to reach me, and since your service is not dependable, you may note my other contact number as 9886288670.

?

Dear Sir,

Further to the below mails, today on the 6th of January 2007 by the grace of god, or some such miracle (including my suspicion: due to the addition on the e-mail address Email User in the communication); i have received an SMS from 2811 at 17:42 hrs, informing me that "outgoing calls have been activated"

As thankfull as I am for the eventual movement in your organisation, i would also like to point out that my outgoing balance which read as below, has expired.

As per your sms from 3670 on 7/12/06 at 00.03 hrs, the balance reads as:-

Bal: Rs. 2,549.67 Main Bal: Rs. 586.26 A/c exp: 04 jan 07 Local reliance Mobile Bal: .

Now though the balance was to naturally expire on 4th jan as highlighted above, i would request you to kindly extend the validity for one month, as since proved in the below communications, the acount was frozen for a month from 7/12/06 to 6/1/07.

Best Regards,

Nipun Popli

Dear Sir,

I am at loss of words to explain my plight with my reliance pre-paid connection. the below mails should throw some light on the subject. I would just like to add that i am now receiving SMSs from 1232 that i need to re-charge my account. Why should i have to put more money into a connection that dosen't work in the first place? Shouldn't the validity also be increased till my connectrion is restored? I am not even demanding any extra compensation for my troubles yet.

Please explain.

Regards,

Nipun Popli.
