Stearns and Foster/Mattress Depot

Bought a Stearns and Foster mattress from Mattress Depot for $1149.

Within 6 weeks mattress caves in when you sleep on it. Mattress Depot will

send an inspector to check it for $50. NO MENTION was made of this charge

when I purchased the mattress, only that it has a 10 yr. warranty. Called S&F

and they said it's not their business what the retailer does, they will only send

an inspector if the retailer is out of business, or has moved. Why should I

have to pay anything to have the warranty honored? Stearns and Foster

certainly does not support their customer. Have used S&F products for 40 years,

even had an S&F sofa bed, but NEVER again!!!
