Ritz Camera I purchased an xbox 360 from Ritz on November 22 for a Christmas present for my son who had saved for over half of it thoughout the year. I received it in a few days... no problem.. He opened it for Christmas and it came broken. On December 26, I contacted them by phone and was told they would get a RMA number and send that to me via email in 3 to 4 days and I then could return it for an exchange. I never got it. I called 2 more times as well as used their online live help over 6 times. Each time told they would send me this number in 3 to 4 days. nothing.. I just contacted them again tonight (Jan 19th) and they said the time had expired for me to return it and they were sorry.
I am now out 400 dollars due to their error. And they wont do a thing about it. I recommend nobody buy anything from them. My son is out his money and I cant replace it. I dont have that kind of money. I hope someone reads this and stops from buying anything from them...
