RIP OFF !!

I purchase a chairmat from HEARDY'S OFFICE SOLITIONS

in August of 2006. I was shipped the wrong item. UPS

picked up the item. I have since spent 4 months asking

for my refund. I have been given the run around for 4

months and have not received my money back. I dealt

with Jennifer and Ken Heardy. Neither seem to have any

concern or consideration that I have repeatedly asked

for my money back. They just don't seem to care.

Please contact them for a response? They have even

refused to return the calls from Better Business

Bureau.
