Company: re: Hewlett Packard screws american consumers boycott their products
Category: Other
I posted a complaint last night how Hewlet Packard is not fixing a defective multifunction machine that I bought and their employees are abusing me because I'm trying to get a replacement machine.
I have had to deal with abusive technical staff located in India: no one returns calls, they are rude, abrupt and extremely condascending. The communications is horrific because they don't speak clear English.
This morning I googled the company making a last ditch effort to reach corporate headquarters and get someone there to help me.
The list that came up showed that Hewlett Packard is now an Indian company with no offices in the U.S. anymore. So as a U.S. citizen I am unable to get help to fix or replace a defective product.
I think its time Americans start boycotting Companies like HP products. If you have a problem don't look for any help resolving the issue. We need to send a message that we will not tolerate them doing business like that.
