T-Mobile cellular phone company T-Mobile cellular phone company charged my account 200.00 for cancellation of one of two cell phone contracts that I had with them for five years. I never was late in paying my bill or was I ever disconnected for non-payment. I decided to cancel one of my phones due to the fact that my son was not monitoring his minutes and causing me to pay excessively high bills every month. T- Mobile says my son renewed my contract for two years. He is not authorized to make any decisions regarding my contract. I've written their consumer affairs dept and e-mailed them twice and I have not received a response. They have also terminated my phone line also although I just paid my bill minus the disputed $200.00 cancellation fee. Whenever I call the 800 customer service line they claim that they can not give me any information because I don't know the secret password. They debitted my checking account for my payment and they allowed my son to renew my contract without a password. This is bull----.No one from T-Mobile will return my call, letter or e-mail regarding my account. Maybe you can get a response because I am tired. Also because they are not responding I've also decided to cancel my contract because this is not the way you handle business.
