On Jan 15, 2007 I took my car to Quality Tune Up shop to have my it repaired. I explained to the supervisor Mike as followed, that my car does not run smoothly and that it would not start when the weather is too cold. He told me, he will take care of the problem. A few hours later I came to pick up my car and the charge was for $626.02. The next day, Jan 16, 2007, I started my car and it did not star. I had to call the town truck to take it back to the shop and Mike told me that he will not charge me for the problem. Later on that same day, I got a call from Mike that he wanted to keep my car over night at the shop. I had to rent a car. After renting a car,I went back to the shop and found out that he charged me another amount of $237.81 for other problem that I believe was not relate to the problem I have told him and he did not confirm with me about a new charge. I also found out that at QUALITY TUNE UP offer a free rental car and I was not told by Mike. I happened to see the brochure on the counter. I asked him why did you not tell me about the free rental car that your shop has advertised when you were the one requested to keep my car at the shop over night? He immidiately told me I was not qualified. I asked him why, and he was not able to give me the answer.

I feel that I have been screwed by Mike at this shop and I am requesting and full investigation on this so that other customers won't be screwed by Quality Tune Up like me.
