Herculese R/C monster truck from rctrucksandcars.com

I bought a truck on line on Dec. 9th for my grandson. It arrived with no directions, wrong colour, and a battery charger that did not fit the battery, so that it could be recharged. I have been emailing them constantly with no results. I asked them to call my son who has the truck, but they will not make phone calls and you cannot reach them by phone either. I have also asked where to send it back for a full refund, but they never answer that question either. I do not know what to do now. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
