we are complaining about frontier

We ordered a package deal through this company for the Internet and phone. the original price was supposed to be around $93.00 a month. the first bill that came in was $376.22. we called them to dispute this problem. they were charging us for everything they charged us for optional services separate at $169.79. they charge me 187.00 for basic charges. for total directory they charged 18.78. they told me to pay 187.65 and that was the cost that was supposed to be the cost of the phone bill including the Internet. they are still trying to receive 174.36 from the previous bill that they messed up on. they told me the first bill would be a little over 100.00 because of the billing cycle. i sent them the money for 187.65 that they asked for, they received this payment on 12-06-06. my bill that was supposed to be 93.32 and they are charging me 267.68. they have shut off my outgoing calls. i would appreciate a call from you. my phone number is 1607-865-4924 you can talk to me Christina Palukonis or travis my husband. thank you for your time. my account number is 160786549240922064.
