complaint: service disconnect due to unknown services/unpaid balance.

received cox disconnection notice dated 12/24/06 in snail mail.

called cox on 12/30 and advised cox representative "matt", that 2 of 3 (49.61, 180.78 & 109.37) bills he mentioned, were never received, and I don't pay bills blindly. He agreed, if I would pay the 109.37 bill in my possession, cox would not disconnect services and would forward duplicate copies of other 2 bills, for review and payment.

Since paying the known bill; I have not received the duplicates. However, have received threatening phone calls from cox.

Today (1/16), tried one more time to resolve this situation and called cox, instead of help, received more verbal abuse and threats from cox reps, spencer, christine and travis, discounting cox original agreement of 12/30.

My phone is disconnected and my bills are paid automatically. I have "bundling" and my TV is on. Attempts to get "live chat" online regarding my phone is of no use. They say the are "off line"-"not available at this time". I want help to get my phone working now. This has happened 3 times.

Why no response from Cox?
