I purchased an emachine computer for $765.70 at your Santa Clara store on 9/11/06. It indicated on the box that it included Microsoft XP Media Center Edition 2003. It also included a sticker on the back of the tower that said the same thing . Then I found that this was a 60 day trial and that I would have to pay $249.00 to get Microsoft. All I want is to get MS Word. I am 71 years old living on Social Security. I did not think I would have to pay for for Microsoft Word in addition to the cost of my computer. What can I do?
