On January 6, 2007 we purchased furniture in the amount of $4993.05. This was a Saturday, less then 24 hours we returned to the store to cancel the order. The manager refused to cancel it without charging me a 30% fee in the amount of $1497. According to their policy they show that there is a 30% restocking fee. I have an issue in that between Sat. and Sun. the furniture could not have been ordered. They state that Customer Service from beginning to end will provide you with the highest level of customer service. I had to cancel the order due to not having the area finished in time. I would have returned when ready- but they were cold and absolutely not willing to cancel the order.
I have tried to contact them per their website but the links lead no where.
