Storage/Truck Rental from U-Haul Nightmare

RE: UHaul storage, Philadelphia, PA - account overdue by $ 132 - belongings no longer in storage, taken by Uhaul ; Dedicated customer rented trucks often with U-Haul's false promise of free month long storage with each rental. My life time of memories gone because of U-Haul

I had enjoyed having my belonging stored a UHAUL, Philadelphia, Pa until my belongings were either sold or auction right under my nose. I applied for the direct payment system and thought everything was secure since the money was scheduled to come out of my account each month.

However, when I checked today I was told by the manager that she didn't have a clue where my belongings were because they were either dumped or auctioned, didn't authorize their removal, and didn't know what I expected her to say.

I was devastated not only by losing my stuff but also by her response, and her lack of interest in me as a customer. I had being paying $107.00 per month to UHAUL for two years. The manager said my account was overdue $132.00, and she had the right to dump it. Talking about being undervalued, this is disgraceful.

I'll never get anything from UHAUL again.
