Not Happy I called one of your enployees to explain that my Husband was in bad health and that we were not going to be able to take this trip, in the past several months he has had to go through major heart surgeries and will not be able to travel, there thought on the mater was that I could take the trip with someone else, which in my opinion was a cold and heartless thing to say, I ask for a refund for the trip and offered to send what ever paper work needed to prove that I was not making this up or running some kind of scam, If I was not wanting to take the trip I would not have not paid for it in full to begin with, but just like you or anyone else unexpected health problems have come up and the money is needed for my husbands Meds and what ever else he may need in the furture.I found it very cold that you would teach your people to sugest that a wife of a sick husband that she could take the trip with someone else, I was under the impression that you were in the game to sell family vacations , that was the impression I got . I would like a full refund on the package that I paid for as soon as possible, I have contacted a Lawyer and I have also contacted the BBB to file a complaint as well , my Lawyer told me to try sending you this letter first and if that did not get me the results that I want'ed then he would take care of it for me and will also be asking for my retainer which he would have to use back as well . I hope that this can be handled without going through any other legal procedurs.
