Netzero I had been a member of Netzero for a couple of years. Never had any problems or issues until now. I had been trying to login into my account for several days. After unsuccessful attempts I figured I would try reseting my password. That failed to work also. So I really did not want to call tech support because I knew there would be a charge, but I had no choice. I called Tech Support, (not happy about) after being on the phone for about 30-35 minutes my password was reset. I was billed $78.00 for a password reset.
I attempted to login onto my account with the new password I was still unsuccessful. Refusing to call back to tech support I called customer service. Customer service stated my account was terminated because of an unsolicitated email was sent. This is were I bleew up. I informed them 1. I DID not send out an unsoliciated emails and 2. Why did the tech support charge me for account I no longer had access too.
I have been fighting with Tech Support to get my money back. I can never speak to anyone. The only form of communication is via email. They said they would refund my money in one email statement and in the next email they stated they can not find any charges. I have faxed over several times proof of these charges. They claim they are not receiving my faxes. I even put in a call to HQ in CA left a message with Customer Service supervisor and I have yet to get a call back. I'm so fed up this company they are so quick to cancel my account with really investigating it further as I requested, but slow on returning my money. I'm a working mother who counts every dollar. Netzero had no right to take that money from me when I no longer had an account with them.
