H&R BLOCK , Serious security flaws !!

Last year I separated from my wife, who is not a U.S. Citizen. While I was completely out of the area, she took it upon herself to do all the taxes, using H&R Blocks program, and electronically filed both hers and mine as if we were still together. She then had the money sent to a joint account, which she immediately shut down, as well as over 5 grand in the form of a BLOCK CARD, in MY name, that she spent as well. I never saw a dime of any of it. I have contacted the I.R.S. (twice, currently waiting to hear from them yet !) as well as having had numerous contacts over the past 8 months with both the local H&R Block office, as well as their block card department, and their security personel there. At this point, even though H&R Block issued the credit card, they are trying to claim its not their fault ! Who are they kidding?

They should have followed up not only on illeagle filing, but criminal forgery of federal documents, as well as forgery itself, for allowing her to spend the card, and also should have contacted Immigration by now.

I will continue to spread the word about this incident, and will be going to the television, as well as a very large news organization shortly, untill a satisfactory agreement has been reached.
