I am VERY pissed off and will never be a customer of your chain ever again.

On January 16, 2007 at 8:15pm, I called the above mentioned location and asked the hours and when they take the last customer. They said they close at 9pm and take the last customer at 8:40pm. I said I would be there in a few minutes. At 8:30 I called back and said I thought I knew where they were located and asked if they were located at Glenridge point. The girl sounded ditsy and asked her co-worker and then said yes. I arrived at 8:38. They had the door locked and were getting ready to walk out. When she opened the door I asked her why was she closing when I called and spoke with her twice telling her that I was on my way. This ditz said that "people say that all the time" and "we were so dead we closed early" without so much as an appologetic look on her face.

Well, thank you "Great Clips". I am appalled and disgusted at your disregard for your customers. You have left me with no option to get my hair cut before a job interview because my schedule is so booked, I will not have the opportunity. Now, thanks to you and your pathetic service and crappy employees, I am at a loss. I relied on the basic common sense of your employees and I got screwed. You're a real class act. I'll be sure to relay this information to all of my friends and all of those interested on the world wide web.
