Gorman & Associates Home loans

I would like to issue a complaint about Deborah Gorman & Associates Home loans St.Louis, MO 63141. I applied for a home loan through a mortgage search website and they were one of the eight companies I got good offers from but not the best. I would inform this company I was choosing another company and every time he would "beat" the other companies offers. So I chose there "offers" and proceeded. Mind you I was approved for a really good loan that beat the 8 other companies. First as soon as I choose them and everything is submitted on 12-13-06 and one of their selling points is they could close in one week they slow down. I had "approval" for a loan according to Kyle the loan expert then after two weeks with no response he says we have to change this loan so I adjust it and we once again have "approval" this happens literally six times. I am approved and then underwriting won't approve it. I am 2 months in with them and finally they have a loan that is almost as bad as the adjustable rate mortgage I was trying to get out of in November and when I turn it down after all of the extra mortgage payments, throwing away money for an appraisal I can't use and having to stay with a mortgage that adjusted to 9% they want me to pay for credit reports and shipping fees for sending docs to me I didn't even ask for. In my opinion they lied to just get me to choose them over other companies and then tried to get me to settle on a horrible loan package that all 8 of the other lenders could beat.
