Geico Motorcycle Insurance

Geico Motorcycle Insurance

I have diligently tried to pay my Motorcycle policy payment but have met road blocks repeatedly from your so-called Customer Service reps.

I was first told by them that I could remove the Uninsured Motorist-Stacked coverages on both my motorcycles on-line. So I ended up wasting time trying to follow their instructions.

When I called CS again, I was told that I had to send in a form.

I waited more than a day for the PDF form to be emailed to me, I filled out two copies, one for each bike however there is no address in the PDF for where to send it, and no instructions in the email it came attached to.

I mailed it to the only address I could find which was in the damn cancellation notice I received by mail.

I've waited and checked the Geico website several times daily but the coverage never changed and still includes Uninsured motorist-stacked coverage that more than triples the 6 month cost of coverage.

I called Customer service and spent 40 minutes on hold waiting for an operator today and finally had to hang up so I could do some work.

I called again just a short time ago, and paid the auto policy and tried to pay the motorcycle policy, but wanted to only pay for the coverage minus the uninsured motorist-stacked.

I explained to the CS Rep on the phone that I had mailed it to the only address I could find which was the Bethesda MD address.

She was completely un-helpful and just kept saying that nothing could be done, and that I had to mail the forms again to the Georgia address that she never gave me, only made reference to.

I asked her how I'm supposed to pay my policy before it's canceled if I have to wait 3 or 4 more days for Geico the Receive the SECOND copy of the forms; and she just kept on being un-helpful and dis-concerned.

It's apparent that Geico does not value me as a customer in any way shape or form and I doubt that I'm alone in feeling this way.

Your process for handling these forms is obviously geared to incur delays and frustrate those that want changes.

Thanks for nothing.
