Design Savers Plan

I have been the victim of the Design Savers Plan Health Care coverage scam. I never received the co-pays I was promised nor have I received the reimbursement for their share of the Doctor's Office visit. In addition they withdrew from my account a monthly premium for the month of November, 2006 when the Policy was cancelled with an effective date of October 31, 2006. I have been promised numerous times by phone and email that the reimbursements were coming but I have not yet received one cent from them.

Based on the lack of service that I received I can only assume that the Design Savers Plan is a scam and that anyone who pays them for any type of health care coverage will receive NOTHING for their money. They need to be prohibited from selling this NON EXISTENT coverage in the United States. They should also be taken to Court and fined for Defrauding people.

I too, like many others, was a victim of Design Savers Plan. The phone number on my information card was that of a truck driver in Iowa. He was constantly receiving calls for this fraudulant company. You're correct in believing this (company????) is a SCAM!!!! They gave me a 5% discount on drs. visits. I could have done better than that just paying cash.
