Cancel J2 EFAX Plus Service Will you please cancel my subscription to J2 EFAX Plus Service? This is being used by junk mail and I am not getting any benefit. If there is a balance unused please add back to my account.

The scary part is how did they ger my debt card info to start billing. I cancelled my acct. (used once) over a year ago and they still keep billing me. Now, they are forcing me to go through a maze just to attempt to cancel it again. They have promised a refund but none has been posted to my Visa account as of 4/26/08, We 'll see if they are telling the truth.My advice is to stay as far away from these people as possible!
