Buy.com Buy.com shipped me wrong item; has done nothing to remedy In mid-December,2006, I ordered an mp3 player from buy.com. Upon receipt, it was Not as described on the website. Numerous(over 10) emails from me to them, and a customer service call I made(to India), have been to no avail. I only want to receive the item I ordered, not this lesser model. Buy.com advertises service within 10 hours; this so far is over 4 weeks of NO service.
