I ordered some products back on February 23, 2006. The company charged my credit card immediately but the product never shipped. This in itself is suspicious. I never received the product and the compamy will not respond to my inquires either via email or voice mail. A certified letter to Mr. Shad Rockstad, CEO, on 11/10/06 was denied and returned to me.


My situation is similar to another letter addressed to you from "James" back on 10/28/05 who appears to be another unfortunate consumer who was "ripped off" by America's Best BBQ.


I strongly urge all potential buyers to steer clear of this company - something is clearly not ethical with them.
