A and E factory Service

A and E factory Service I have a 2 1/2 year old Kitchen Aid range. During the self cleaning cycle , it stopped and now the oven won't work. I called Kitchen aid and they aet up a service date with A and E, for a week later, 1/16/07. On 1/15/07, A and E called to confirm that someone would be home between the hours of 1 and 5, and I confirmed that I would. At 3:54pm I went outside to get my son and returned to a message stating that, they were going to send out a tech, but since no one is home I could call to reschedule. I immediately called the call back number, and was on hold for 42 minutes before I got frustrated and hung up. I cannot get a hold of A and E, nor at this point do I want to.
