AT&T After being a customer of AT&T for over 30 years, I decided to switch because of the service. I did so on October 25, 2006, at which time I called to terminate my service on two incoming lines. A month later I received an invoice for services from November 4th thru December 3rd. I called and was told that an error had been made. This week I received a second invoice for the previous month being past due and for services from December 4th thru January 3rd. After talking to three or four people I could hardly understand, I was unable to resolve the problem. What a bunch of door-knobs they have working their phones.
