rogers wireless complaint Thank you for airing this complaint. Rogers Wireless keeps billing me for a phone that was returned and verified received from Rogers. In short, I qualified for a free upgrade phone from Rogers, the wrong model was sent. They sent me the correct one, but the courier neglected to retrieve the other phone (I was not present at the time). Rogers reminded me and the incorrect phone was returned and verified received by them. However it was received after their 30-day return policy. I did not know of this policy and so I keep getting billed for over $400 since October 2006. Despite assurances from the customer service department that this matter would be resolved, they are still threatening to cut off my service. As all phone attempts to solve this have failed I will try writing. D.
