bell canada Once AGAIN I have a problem with bell canada!!! I am sure this is no big surprise to any one who has had to deal with bell. all i wanted to do was have my phone line moved to another location and a jack installed. easy right? HA! aparently this is such a complicated procedure that i am still waiting i was promised this would be resolved today the manager was going to call me right back( on my cell of course) as i am without a phone line no one has bothered to call back no one has bothered to do anything except to charge me 145.00 for the phone line i do not have! i was told to stay home today to let the tech in for the jack so, i booked the day off of work sat here waiting the tech arrived and put in a phone line but did not install a jack and apparently i am out of luck well the time that the manager was supposed to call back has come and gone BIG SHOCK i am just disgusted with the service i would phone and complain but i do not have a phone line. i wonder how long this will take to resolve?
