Good morning!

I wish to complain about the Government Grant Advisor found at https://www.govgrandadvisor.com . I signed up for the service on 12/25/2006, but have not used the service at all. The initial frr of $19.99 was charged to my credit card, but there has never been a service of any sort. I am supposed to have been able to have Live Online Chat Assistance, but whenever I try to gain access (using the new password that I chose), I am denied entry to the site. So, for the last 2.5 weeks, this "free service" has not been used as I cannot access it!

Therefore, I am canceling my order with Government Grand Advisor, and do not authorize any further payments for a service that is not being provided!!!!!!! According to the information I printed off, I am being billed $29.95 per month for something I cannot access. It states that if I want to cancel the live chat assistance, "simply contact our customer service staff and they can process your request". When I press the icon to contact them, it requests my Username and Password, and these do not work and I am denied access.

Please contact me back and let me know what I can do about this!
