I AM WRITING ABOUT MY SEARS CREDIT CARD. I TALKED TO

THEM THIS MORNING RE A PAYMENT THAT WAS NOT CREDITED

TO MY ACCOUNT YET. I HAD SENT THE PAYMENT TO THE

ADDRESS THAT SAYS "IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WRITE TO" .

WELL IT TURNS OUT THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP CANT

GET IN TOUCH WITH THAT ADDRESS. SHE SEEMS TO THINK IT

IS REGULAR BUSINESS PRACTICE THAT ONE PART OF A

BUSINESS CANT CONTACT ANOTHER PART OF A BUSINESS. I

THINK IT IS VERY VERY STRANGE. I THINK SEARS SHOULD BE

INVESTIGATED. AFTER ALL THERE ARE 10 PAGES OF

COMPLAINTS ON THIS SITE ABOUT THIS COMPANY.


I CANCELLED THIS CREDIT CARD YEARS AGO AFTER

UNPLEASANT TIME WITH THEIR STUPIDITY AND THEY NEVER

TOOK ME OFF THEIR ROLLS FOR TEN YEARS. SO I DECIDED TO

TRY THEM AGAIN TO SEE IF THEY HAD GOTTEN ANY BETTER.

THEY HAVEN'T. THIS COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I AM GOING TO GET RID OF THIS

CARD AGAIN. THEIR CUSTOMER REPS ARE NOT HELPFUL, THEY

DONT GIVE YOU THE INFORMATION YOU NEED, I ASKED FOR

COPIES OF BILLS AND THEY HAVE NOT SENT THEM YET THEY

KEEP DUNNING. THIS COMPANY IS FOR THE BIRDS. IT

DESERVES TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS.
