Mattress King Norcross Store I had a really bad experience recently at the Mattress King Norcross store. I bought a queen mattress on 12/20/06, before the mattress was delivered I change my mind went to the store and brought home a twin set. At home I realized the mattress was too soft. I went back to the store that same day and returned the set. Since they couldn't find a firmer mattress available at the store a Simmons Lanesborough firm was ordered. I waited patiently until it finally arrived and I picked it up on 1/13/07. Unfortunately, this set was too firm and I tried to exchange it on 1/15/07. The sales representative (Cesar Ortiz) and specially his supervisor (David) were very rude and offensive. I understand it has been a very complicated sale and I have changed my mind several times but that doesn't give them the right to treat a costumer disrespectfully. Needless to say I will NEVER buy from Mattress King again and I will let anybody needing a mattress know the type of treatment received at your store. _____ Check out the new AOL.
