I placed an order for the first time with J-B Wholesale but I had to exchange everything for a different size (for some reason their sizes run a little smaller then other pet stores).

I followed their return instructions only to find out later that they charged me for restocking fee and shipping fees and when I called to inquire, it was like talking to a wall.
