Dear Sir,

I have BPL Rainbow semi washing machine at my home.

Its Dryer is not working since 20 days. I reported at your service center at Kota Rajasthan (Phone No. 0744-2425213) before aprox. 16 days. An engineer came at my home and told the Motor of Dryer is damaged and should be change on your cost. We agreed his Mobile No. is +919352622646 and his name is Mr. Roop Chand.

After waiting for 14 days still he has not came to replace the Motor.

In this regard I want to know what is the Use of your Service Center ?

Please do the needful at the earliest and ask your service centre for the delay.
