Called EFax on 4/3/2006 to cancel one of two fax numbers -- was offered a chance to keep it - I declined - didn't need it anymore (moving out of Atlanta).

They continued billing me for nearly a year -- in doing my taxes, I discover they kept billing for two numbers.

Called in - the AGREE that I called on 4/3/06 to cancel, but still refused to refund the $129.50 they billed me in error!

Efax.com is a shameful company, simply shameful - no different from a common thief.
