I received a CD fir Christmas and it was poorly done, scratchy and warped.

I called two #'s 1-800-800-0800 and was told to call 1-877-780-2464 which I

did. I waited quite awhile before I got a human voice. The man was rude and

refused to tell me how to return the CD but he wanted to get all my personel

info which he had in the computer. I asked to speak to his supervisor and

he refused to do it. Several times I asked and finally I told him it is my

right to speak to a supervisor. Then he transfered me to a "supervisor" line

where I waited another 10-15 mins. with no one picking up the phone. As far

as I can see it was a line that no one would be answering. I hung up. This

company should be held responsible for this behavior and the junk they are

selling online. The order #30650395 PO# 63989549 dated 12/02/06. Please

forward to this company.
