Dishonest travel agency

Hello, I'm Alina Bagutskaya.I wanted to buy airline tickets to Russia and was searching craigslist. I found site by New way travel group at www.newwaytravelgroup.com. I called them, the price was OK. Then the sales guy, Albert, asked me to deposit $609.00 on their account. He asked to do it with cash, so it will be faster. I'm new to this country, and i didn't think he could cheat me. It just didn't make any sence. So i did it. Albert said he will e-mail me ticket conformation in 2-3 hours. But it's been more than two week now, i didn't recieve anything. I was calling them all week, they just kept me on hold, i could't reach them. And two days ago when i was calling them, somebody picked up and yelled at me : "Stop calling, bitch!" and hang up. I was shoked. I am still now. It's not supposed to be like this here. And that were my almost last money I used for a ticket. I'm asking you to help me to get in contact with them, I' m completely lost, don't know where to ask, what to do. I called airlines but they didn't have my reservation either. Maybe you know them, I'm still hopping to get my ticket or at least my money back so i could start to look for the other one. That were my last money, please help me to contact them.
