I September 2006 I contracted with THD at home

services to replace the roof on my house. To make a

long story short, they replaced my roof, but did not

replaced the warped decking under it as I was led to

believe they would, and is stated in the contract they

will. Unfortunately the people they sent to do it did

not speak English, and being a Saturday, I was told

the project Foreman did not work on Saturday! so I

could not get them to replaced the warped decking (For

which I was going to pay) above the the $6,000 for the

roof. They did a very poor job, and all letters and

phone calls to them have fallen on deaf ears. In

January of this year they finally offered to do the

roof right, but it would cost me another $6,000 +.

They also threatened legal action for the balance due

(I stopped payment earlier of the final check). Bottom

line DO NOT USE The Home Depot at Home Services, the

contractor they use for roofing has offices in several

states, and is known for a bad job. Wish I had known

this before hand. Thanks!
