The service department doesnt want your business! When I got there on a Sat morning after scheduling an appointment via their new website scheduler, the guy told me they didnt do diagnostics on weekends (i didnt need any "diagnostics"), and that the shuttle service I signed up for wasnt available on weekends either. If that's the case, I cant imagine why they dont tell you this on their brand new super-duper service registration website. I was then told i'd have to hang out and wait 3 hours for what i had scheduled and maybe 1.5 hrs _just_ for an oil change. At which point i bailed out and went to my local service station w/o a problem.

I actually bought the car there couple years ago and this is the last time i'll ever do business with these folks. The buying experience was fairly mediocre to begin with. They have no qualms about wasting people's time. They lost 2 customers (my wife and I) and service fee income for years to come this morning as i'll never walk back into that place.
