McCULLOCH corporation/presure washer

My wife bought me a McCULLOCH gas pressure washer off of home shopping network, for Christmas, I opened it up was putting it together to wash a lot of things on the outside of my house,basically I had my whole day planned out but I found that to parts were broken the on/off switch & the pressure wand, which I can understand happening during shipping. This was 12/29/06. It is now 1/14/07, and after contacting H.S.N & McCULLOCH SEVERAL times trying to get either the parts or a new unit I still have a very expensive piece of equipment that I can't use or get any answers on. When I go to McCULLOCH'S website I get a number that puts me through to a rep. from order tree.com. So anyway this companies customer service & warranty program sucks. They also gave me contacts for there distributor's but these companies don't even know that McMULLOCH makes a gas pressure washer. So to end, any help would be appreciated, and if not hopefully any other consumers of this company BEWARE.

P.S. I put the phone # because I have not been able to actually speak with someone who works for this co., RUN AROUND........!!!!
