My complaint is that this cellular business (they also have other stores in NYC, Brooklyn and Queens) is messing with customers' cellular plans. I should know because I used to work there. Now, I wasn't a salesperson...but I have proof that they mess with customers' cellular plans. Another employee came up to me once and showed how they do it. For example, if a customer decides to get a Tmobile plan for $39.99...in the contract that the customer signs..it shows as $39.99. But what they don't know is that there is another form that is filled, but with a different...and higher plan. Now the customer leaves the store thinking that they bought the cheapest plan until they get their first bill. Of course the first thing you would do as a customer is complain to the store about the mistake. They apologize for the mistake and change it for you. What customers don't know is that if the store you got the cellphone/plan from is one of those independent stores (not a corporate store)....they rely on another company to give them the commissions. The higher the plan is...the higher the commission for the store is.They change your plan for a higher one because that would mean the company would get a higher commission for every high plan they sell. By the time that the customer finds out the mistake...it's already too late because by the time they get their bill...that store probably got their commissions already. Not only is this business "jipping" customers...they are also jipping the company where they get their commissions from.
