Joe Santarelli Construction signed a contract w/ us in 2/005 to build our house in 9 months. It has now been 23 months, the house is still not finished & he has walked off the job. We paid him all the money he requested for labor & materials under contract and change orders & most of the subcontractors were not paid & part of the materials were not ordered or installed. In other words, he used our money for other things besides building our house. We are senior citizens w/ health issues that Santarelli exacerbated; he also financially crippled us. If you also have been scammed by Santarelli, contact a lawyer, contact the BBB,

N.J. State Dept. of Consumer Protection &, if you have proof, the IRS. We must stop people like this from hurting anyone else!

Mr. Santarelli, you are forgetting that

you took our money in 2005, long before the housing crisis; odd that

you started to build your own $1,000,000 home after our first payment to you & it was finished & sold before our home was finished; you then declared bankruptcy on your LLC company & fled the state. In your personal threating email to me you said you personnally tried to finish our home. YOU NEVER were "on site" to see the work in progress or oversee it. NEVER was there a hammer or nail in your hand. You only showed up when you wanted a check. You even got our last check for thousands of dollars when you knew you were going bankrupt.

You lied when you said it was going to be used to pay the subcontractors & for

the supplies we ordered. Not only did you defraud us, but you also have outstanding balances with some of these subcontractors as well as other customers. They have said they will testify on our behalf. Your reputation in New Jersey cannot be hurt by 1 single old couple. You know if you come back here no reputable subcontractor will deal with you; many people besides us have been hurt by you.

You have defamed your own character.

According to our lawyer, as soon as we get all our receipts for the "double payments" we made to complete our house,

you can be sued for all expenses, including storage charges, legal fees, etc., from the contracted completion date of YOUR contract with us (2005) until we finally got our CO (2008). As you broke the contract, be prepared for one big law suit and stop threatening us. People can contact us on the internet if they want further information. There is the first amendment allowing free speech and we can tell people of our experiences with you. It is the truth as you well know.

You are beginning to believe your own lies, Mr. Santarelli, and we do have the proof to show what you did. AGAIN,

Sure Santarelli Construction went out of business, it wasn't due to bad building! It wasn't due to ripping people off! It was the Housing crash we all have heard about! When a small company grows every year in business because there good, up to 2.8 million a year revenue, and all of a sudden, there is no more revenue? What now? I lost everything I owned, Hundreds of thousands, realestate, future earnings, I had everything I worked so long for right at my fingertips! Then it was taken from Me, sorry you had to be part in this but a crash of this size doesn't care who it hurts! You were a innocent victom like I was, except you refuse to understand what really happend, and continue to try and ruin my life. Check the facts, I never have done anything in my life like this, your reports to all Government agencies have gone investigated and came back CLEAN!!!! Now who is telling the TRUTH!!!
