Home Depot phone order:

 

Early this morning, I ordered a water heater to be delivered and installed. I was VERY clear about the time constraints I was under and was assured 3 or 4 times by Zak (by his accent, I would guess he was located in India) that the water heater would be delivered and installed today by 4:00. I waited 3 hours for the installer to call, only to be informed that they couldn't deliver the water heater until tomorrow afternoon. Not enough installers to do the job today. I now have no water heater, and have had to make 3 phone calls to discontinue this order and cancel the credit card I opened to expedite this. And, to top it all off, they already charged me for the item!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Before it was even delivered!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I have to make phone calls to get that removed!!!!!!!!!!

 

I KNEW I was making a mistake using this company. I should have followed my intuition.
